“We ordered a balcony room- balcony doors were on operating. Called the desk and they said only 1 room opened. It was available but full of spiders and didn’t sound like they wanted to clean them off. They did up grade us, to a king suite. You also have to pay for parking- which we didn’t know until we got there”

“Emma was very nice and she truly liked her job, She was very helpful and was always smiling at the front desk. The hotel did call out room after we checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory and they truly acted like they valued us as customers.”
